Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery Policy

G Steel Public Company Limited (“Company”) pays attention to Anti-Corruption as well as encourage people of all levels to be aware of corruption in any forms. The Board of Directors has therefore imposed the Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery Policy (“Anti-Corruption Policy”); giving or receiving bribes in the Corporate Compliance Policy. This is in accordance with the Code of Conduct of the Company (“Code of Conduct”).

In addition, the Company is certified as a member of the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Coalition against Corruption from the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Coalition against Corruption Committee (CAC) on November 5, 2018, the certificate will be valid for 3 years from the date of approval. In 2021, the Company submitted an application for a 3 years extension of its certification as a member of the Private Sector Collective Action Coalition Against Corruption, which was granted on 31 December 2021 and will expire on 31 December 2024.
